All four cantilevered decks are now waterproofed and tiled with a stone slab boarder. They also have a drain system underneath. These decks have been one of the more challenging parts of the project so far but lm loving how they look. I can wait to install the posts and railing that match the lower decks.

Here is a picture of The Oregon Cliff House as night falls. The Wiffleball field is completely lit as well as the bbq area behind home plate. The crystal lights on the tree stumps light up the lower grass area and trampoline. There are also lights on the top of the stairs to the river, the front gate and the bar and stage. The stage is a perfect spot to bring a projector and watch a favorite movie after roasting s'mores over the fire. It is a magical environment if you stay over.

The excavator was/is out for most likely the last time. We are finally hooking up the electric gate opener, grading the last terrace in the amphitheater, re graveling the parking and driveway and prepping the front of the house for landscaping and pavers. Setting these large boulders from when we dug in the septic system and propane tank was also his work. Fill dirt and more grass seed to come. I can’t wait for everything to leaf out this year!
