Looking for part-time and full-time

pay is based on experience

Must be able to work Wednesday's and Sunday’s

Access to a wellness clinic and IHG hotel room discounts after 30 days.

· You’ll make sure our rooms are always at their best - we have standards - but it’s down to you to make that room special and memorable for guests

· Help guests - you’ll be happy to help if someone needs a toothbrush or directions for example

· Keep your supervisor updated on room service progress and alert them to any repairs needed

· Safety aware – follow our established safety procedures at all times - and wear protective equipment when needed

· Be organised - keep on top of supplies and amenities and always try to minimize waste

· Reunite items with owners – and log any lost and found property

· Look smart – wear your uniform with pride

· Other duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done

· Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping

· Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service

· May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects

· May assist with other duties as assigned

This is for our 2pm to 10pm shift. You must be able to work at least 2 weekends a month.

We are looking for a highly motivated, professional, and outgoing individual to add to our front desk team.
You are alone on these shifts majority of the time and are dealing with customers throughout the evening.
You must be reliable as you will be the only one scheduled on these shifts.
If you sound like the right person for the job and don’t mind possibly working a few weekend shifts please come fill out an application on-site. we have already conducted a few interviews for this position and will be conducting a few more until we are sure we find the right person for this.
