"NEED HELP ASAP
ok so I been renting a basement off the guy upstairs two complete separate suites I don't think it I'd a legal one because the rental agency would have rented separately. now at first I find out that the guys that live upstairs weren't even on the lease. as here was some issue and they ended up going and switching it over to their names and I told them I wanted my name on it. I show them the black mold growing in my cupboards the dampness in he floors during winter months a jar full of massive huge dead spiders I keep getting in my suite the fridge runs non stop the electrical keeps blowing to the point >f I want to use my microwave I finally found an outlet that doesn't blow the breaker... only get heat in two rooms in the winter so I have had to put a fireplace and plug in heaters in the other rooms.... which is bloody expensive.... te drains keep plugging up from upstairs and it's gross the s**t that comes up the drain. I wish I could move but I can't afford anything like what I have here in regards to space and storage etc. I have had to out of my own pocket on top of the rent spend approx 700 to do the repairs myself because the guys would say yea they are sending someone. ANYHOW THE GOOFS I PAY RENT TO NEVER PAID THE LAST 2 MONTHS GOT ANOTHER HOUSE AND FU**ED OFF ON ME. I JUST GOT A 4 DAY TO MOVE OUT NOTICE THE FIRST TIME I OT TO SPEAK TO THE AGENCY.. .. WTF DO I DO NTM THERE HAS BEEN A HUGE FLOOD FROM A BURST PIPE IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM WATER IS COMING UP FROM MY FLOOR. I BEEN STRUGGLING WITH MY HEART FAILURE WAITING FOR THE HOSPITAL TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE NEXT STEPS ARE ETC... BUT THEY KEEP CAMCELLING MY FCKN APPTS. IM IN NO CONITION TO BE ABLE TO MOVE RIGHT NOW AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO"
