Thank you to all my wonderful dancer friends for making the first Virginia Beach Shimmy event such a success! We had 26 attendees at the workshop and the show was just really beautiful. A special thanks to Mahin for her great teaching and fun performance (LOVED the canes!), to Liz and Sheila for helping me get this together, to my daughter Ashton who was our staff, and to Kalaa for her beautiful backdrop, lovely performance, and being our MC.
