The City of Virginia Beach has officially broken ground on a safer, smarter ViBe District — with upgrades designed to make walking, biking, and driving through the area smoother and more enjoyable. 🌊

The project includes improved sidewalks, lighting, traffic flow, and smart signals — all part of the effort to create a more connected and vibrant community space.

Meet our newest rental, Southern Shore. The homeowners, Ian and Morgan Hutter, closed on this grandfathered North End beach house in November 2024. The name of the home, Southern Shore, is a nod to where they met in 2013 near Shore Drive in VB and their ties to the New Jersey Shore—a playful twist on words. Settled in nearby Richmond, VA, Ian and Morgan love returning to the area to visit friends and family and now they have this beachy gem to use as their second home while sharing it with you all, our guests. They hope you enjoy their home as much as they do.

Nestled near the end of a cozy street, mere steps from Edgar Cayce's A.R.E. and Graze Kitchen VB, this beach house is 1.5 blocks from the beach. This home sleeps 12 people comfortably in beds with all desirable additions and amenities for a beach vacation, rain or shine, summer or winter. Equipped with beach equipment, bikes, a pack n play and other kid-friendly amenities, and an exceptionally well-stocked kitchen for all the chefs in the group.
