This luxury vacation home will ease your spirit with soothing colors and comfortable furnishings. Living areas on each floor offer space for the family to spread out. The elevator makes moving in and out, as well as bringing in groceries, almost effortless. The rooftop deck, with its 360-degree views of Sandbridge, will leave you speechless as you watch the sunsets across the peaceful shoreline of Back Bay and the sunrises on the great Atlantic.
The first floor features a Media Room with a large screen Smart TV and blu-ray player for movie watching plus a fun Recreation Room with Smart TV, foosball table, and pool table with a ping pong topper (stored in bunk room closet) that the kids will love. The nearby Morning Kitchen with mini-fridge, icemaker, microwave, and sink is convenient to the three bedrooms with private baths; a powder room and laundry room round out this floor.
The second floor features windows galore and ocean views at every turn from the large Gathering Room with Smart TV and gas logs fireplace (available October through March) to the Dining Area with seating for the whole family. The sparkling kitchen is a chef’s dream with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two oven ranges and a large pantry. There’s also a King bedroom with private bath and a powder room. Sliding doors lead out to the deck and its oceanside gazebo – perfectly positioned for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise.
The third floor features a smaller Gathering Room with Smart TV and blu-ray player, and a second Morning Kitchen with mini-fridge, icemaker, microwave, and sink. Three King oceanfront suites (with deck access) and two additional King suites complete the sleeping arrangements along with the conveniently located laundry room on this floor.
Outside, the luxury continues with your private swimming pool and hot tub. Lounge on the poolside deck or let the soothing bubbles chase your cares away. Ahh…relaxation at its best! The poolside cabana features a granite countertop bar area for enjoying your favorite libations and two built-in gas grills with a connected propane line - no tanks to change! - to cook your family meals. The kids can also enjoy playing horseshoes or basketball from the pool.
