There is no air conditioning, no garbage disposal, no dishwasher and no laundry facilities. If you require these please consider going to a hotel. There is peace and quite, natural surroundings, beautiful flowers, a full kitchen, fabulous lanai and now a brand new spa. We are also two miles from Volcanos National Park. Summertime average temperature range from low to mid seventies, winter low to mid sixties. We are located in a rainforest, elevation 3743 ft.
