Maldives "Family Crime Syndicate" by John Seyfert.
Mujeeb "Muji” Mohamed the youngest of the three brothers.
(Majeed, Haseeb & Mujeeb) of their Family Crime Syndicate.
He was angered because I was not joining his investment schemes and today still refuses to admit he borrowed thousands of U.S. dollars from me.
Mujeeb has twice stolen my passport:
FIRST TIME: Mujeeb & Haseeb refused to surrender it from the Le Vieux Nice Inn safe - so I could go to my Fathers funeral in America (27 March 2014). Immigration days later obtained it but it has my signature forged as their Dhoni boat crew worker. IMMIGRATION CHOSE TO KEEP the discovered PHONY WORK PERMIT card, giving only the passport to me. Immigration ignored this and did nothing - but admitted being approached twice with bribery offers.
SECOND TIME: Muji stole it directly from my Staff Quarters room virtually behind my back as he quickly went up the stairs with my attaché case to where he lived. Hulhumale did not pursue more - only fingerprint dusting ignoring what I said.
Waiting for my Magistrate Court hearing their family lawyer Mohamed Shifaz (http://www.optimumchambers.com/ourteam.html expressed delight learning of this which enabled them to then arrange an Entrapment Scheme with Immigration to have me abducted, arrested, jailed, tortured to physically collapsing with serious injury. When hospitalized the U.S. Embassy ordered me medically deported.
Mujeeb has PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED ME (12 May 2014) twice, one requiring head sutures all in attempt to use duress in getting me to sign his phony hotel car purchase agreement and his phony hotel Staff Quarters rental agreement.
Hulhumale police ignored the doctor statement "This is criminal the severity of the wound could not be self inflicted." The Prosecutor General's office requesting more information but Hulhumale police said: "This case is closed."
This then had Muji proceeding by filing these two Fraudulent Extortion cases in Magistrate Court.
My first involvement in Maldives courts - I chose to represent myself but with the language barrier the Judge was influenced to rule in favor of Muji.
Strange - the judge accepted written English from Muji's lawyer but not me.
It was a challenge (Maldives “Judicial Integrity” by John Seyfert) to get this appealed to High Court which then overruled Magistrate Court - but - today Mujeeb has it appealed to Supreme Court.
This is all taking place with the "Obstruction of Justice" manipulation of his sister Shaheedha's husband then a Maldives Parliament member Riyaz Rasheed.
