CELEBRITY CHEF Alan Wong headlines the festival's lineup of chef demos!—he appears 1pm at Pukalani Stables. The detailed itinerary of the festival's chef demos at Kamuela Hongwanji and Pukalani Stables, plus entertainment at the Stables and Church Row Park, follows:
• Kamuela Hongwanji Chef Demos:
10am Shiono, 11am Chef Junior Ulep of The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort's Meridia, noon Chef Allen Hess of FORC
• Pukalani Stables Chef Demos:
10:30am Jason Kanekoa of Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, 11:30am-1pm Pukalani vendors demo crepes, falafel, Ukrainian and Filipino food, 1pm Hawaii Celebrity Chef Alan Wong

This Saturday will mark the return of the Waimea Cherry Blossom Heritage Festival, a cherished event in Waimea Town for the past 30 years. There will be numerous events and viewing sites throughout the community from 9 am to 3 pm, including historic Church Row Park and the Parker Ranch Center.
