When the Vermont Cheese Council asks you to host a dinner, you say yes. It was so much fun to create a meal with some of the best Vermont Cheese Makers. Thank you to our neighbors von Trapp Farmstead Cheese for the Mt Alice which allowed us to do one of our favorite things, cooking on a firepit with some tomato confit, bacon and herbs. And a special shout out to Fern River Farm for their fromage blanc which we used to make a strawberry shortcake. We can't wait to try the maple version next!!!!
