Since I’m lousy at editing videos, here’s Part 2 of our Breakfast Okonomiyaki extravaganza. The finishing touches for this savory Japanese pancake include a sunny-side up egg, slivers of nori, Worcestershire sauce, Kewpie mayonnaise, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, and watercress. Ta-da!!!
