We are collecting primarily hand tools, yard tools (rakes, trimmers, etc., blankets, bedding, (except for pillows), clothing/coats (especially plus-sized), footwear, hats, gloves, unopened hygiene products, unopened pet food, towels, and eye glasses in good condition for area rescues and outreach organizations.
Pease drop off to The Laundry in Walbridge during the hours of 7:30 am-7:00 pm. Closed Wednesday.

Good Morning !!
Be proactive! Park inspections have begun.
There are a number of homes with cable lines hanging outside of the skirting. As you know, utility, tv and/or internet cables, are not to be visible.
The cables must be routed under the skirting.
If you have Spectrum lines that need to be re-routed under the skiritng, please contact our park rep Seun for assistance. 855-707-7328.
If not in use, please remove unused, non-functional, or disconnected utility cables and dispose of them.

Good Morning! We have been receiving calls about pets being off-leash, not being picked up after, defecating in others yards, pets left outside unattended (even on a leash) and complaints of barking.
Failure to comply with park rules regarding keeping pet (dog or cat) on a leash, cleaning up after pet on a daily basis, or complaints from neighbors regarding a barking dog will result in loss of this privilege and the removal of the pet from the park. Thank you! Management

Please be reminded to contact the office if you are getting a new roof. Prior permission is required.
We have new and used homes coming and going and we have to be sure your roofers dumpster will not be in the way of our transporters.
Please complete the LOT CHANGE FORM (see attached). Forms are available at the office or you can access a copy from our website.
If you have had a roof replaced recently, and forgot to complete the form, please contact the office so we can update your records.
