Attention Tenants of Walnut Hills
You should have received the most recent newsletter and summer service list. If you did not receive these, please stop by the park office to requet a copy.
The providers on the service list are only optional, however, for your protection we suggest you hire individuals who are licensed and insured, in case of any damages or injuries.
Do your homework before authorizing any work or giving a down payment for a job and/or materials.
There have been some incidences of individuals soliciting “handyman work” in our park who are “claiming” to have done work for our office in the past.
We have not authorized anyone AND DO NOT recommend anyone who may make this claim. Refer to the list enclosed.

Good Morning !!
Be proactive! Park inspections have begun.
There are a number of homes with cable lines hanging outside of the skirting. As you know, utility, tv and/or internet cables, are not to be visible.
The cables must be routed under the skirting.
If you have Spectrum lines that need to be re-routed under the skiritng, please contact our park rep Seun for assistance. 855-707-7328.
If not in use, please remove unused, non-functional, or disconnected utility cables and dispose of them.
Thank you~
