Ken Harrison was the kind of man who took his time getting things right. 🔔

Ken, who founded Abeja alongside his wife Ginger, purchased this bronze bell years ago with a vision for the property, but he never quite settled on where it belonged. That patience, that refusal to rush something meaningful, was so very Ken. Over the years, the bell became part of Abeja lore.

Ken passed away earlier this year. On Sunday, surrounded by the people who loved him most, we finally gave the bell its home. It now hangs at the Carriage House entrance, in Ken's honor.

The bell rang for the first time yesterday afternoon. Three times. Once in remembrance of Ken's life. Once in gratitude for all he gave. Once, in honor of the legacy he and Ginger created here.

Every harvest going forward, it will ring again, carrying Ken's story across the property he loved and helped bring to life.
