Whispering River would like to recognize and thank our wonderful campers that volunteered their time on Saturday to adopt a mile in our area to clean the river banks and along the road of garbage. They removed 963 lbs of trash. This was their 2nd event with the 1st round in Oct, they removed 713 lbs. That is 1675 lbs of garbage removed from our beautiful area. Thank you Nicky Kutsor for organizing this event. Thank you to all that sacrificed your time to make our area so much cleaner.

Coming soon on Saturday October 25, 2025, Whispering River will be hosting our annual Halloween celebration. There will be Trick or Treating, pumpkin carving contest, and a group campfire with s’mores and ghost stories. Come hear the legend of The Big Hairy Toe, participate in the pumpkin carving for a chance to win a prize that’s sure to be treasured for generations to come.
