Firefly Inn

This is 1 1/2 hours from the motel and it’s lovely. We’re 100% full Saturday night but have 3 rooms available tomorrow (Friday) because a family cancelled. Have dinner at Mack’s ( the farm to table restaurant across the street), and check out Dolly Sods Saturday morning to see the wildly different flora. Treat. Yo. Self.

Our family wants to shout out all the firefighting heroes!! Our house backs to the forest so we left last night when the flames came over the ridge in our backyard. We were incredibly thankful when we woke up this morning to an intact home and just a few smoldering spots and credit those that worked through the night to protect Wardensville residents and their homes. THANK YOU!! ❤️
