GREAT meeting today (4th Wednesday of the Month). Over a dozen local business professionals gathered at the Gleason Family YMCA to share guidance on client needs, and special offerings we can provide.

We welcomed Jason Harris. Jason is the "Fittest Commercial Real Estate Agent" on the South Shore. Jason also is a fitness coach - helping connect people and providing a healthy physical and mental lifestyle. (More to come later!)

Our featured speaker was Marcus Montiero of ZER0 Systems, who spoke about Internet Service Providers, and some options to improve service at a lower fee. Reach out to Marcus for any info on this, or other "tech issues" in your business or at home.

Danielle McDonnell of T.M. Ryder Insurance Agency Inc. gave our "Educational Moment", reminding all of us to make sure we highlight what our "specialty" is - not our product or service, but what makes us stand out from our competitors! A great tip for all.

Because we meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month, there are less than a dozen meetings until 2027 - time flies! 2nd Wednesday of the month meant a few things - including our meeting! The local professionals gathered and shared insights about business, shared client satisfaction tips, and gathered information about upcoming events.

Our featured speaker was Adriana Gonzalez of Rockland Trust. Adriana shared how Rockland Trust has been an exciting place to work at due to their strategy focused on client satisfaction. From warmly greeting customers, to assisting them with their banking needs, providing free Notary services, to helping people with preventing being the victim of fraud. (If you have a senior in your family, PLEASE alert them of the dangers of fraud - seniors are frequently victims, BUT anyone can be a victim!

Geoff Worrell NMLS ID #12394 - Northpoint Mortgage had the Education Moment and talked about the importance of knowing your customer - not just their account/business, but understanding their needs and interests - steps that will enable you to serve them better.

Water filtration? Hot topic, featured by this week's speaker, Nate of Stefano Nigro Plumbing & Heating Inc. Nate reviewed options that ranged from drinking water filtration all the way to whole house filtration. Their plumbing team can handle all options, as well as any other plumbing issue in your home or business! Thanks Nate - it is great to see tradespeople leveraging their education and sharing their professional expertise.

Our Educational Moment was presented by Nancy Sherman Florist of A Wareham Florist. Nancy spoke about the importance of customer service - whether just knowing your customers by name or by face, through acknowledging them during the process, to following up to ensure their satisfaction and determining any additional needs.

Another great meeting! Our group met this morning, and our featured speaker, Marcus of ZER0 Systems, talked about the importance of knowing your “versions” - of your hardware and software! Tech moves fast and it’s really important to be aware of compatibility of systems over time.
