Camp Ribbonwood

Hi Everyone ! Most of you know that we retired Camp Ribbonwood as of Jan 1 so we can have a little more free time and continue overseeing our larger retreat property Birdsong Backcountry Retreat. It has been an honor to host 1000's of guests over the last 9 years helping them celebrate special occasions, engagements and detox from city life.

Many of you have said your dream was to do something similar for income and lifestyle. There is a lot of competition now but Camp Ribbonwood stayed in demand and we want to offer someone the opportunity to basically move Camp Ribbonwood to another location. This will require work.....dismantling tent structure , removing cabinets, plumbing ect. I think it is something a good crew of 3 with trucks could do in a few days. Everything is up for grabs...cabinets, log frame for tent, compost toilet, clawfoot bathtub, some furniture, good bed.

The tent and cover have about another year or two left at which point can easily be replaced for around 5k.

Birdsong is partnering with Kristi Plume, founder of San Diego based company REWYLDED whose misson is to connect people to nature in transformational ways and we will be hosting several nature therapy trail experiences here in Warner Springs. Hope you can join us.
In addition, we are in process of applying for trail certification from the Nature Therapy Trail Association which will be the first one on the west coast and look forward to sharing this beautiful bit of our wild backcountry .

Great news ....our nearest local winery is back doing tastings again and hopefully will be allowed to continue !!

Today we began experimenting with CV19 compliant outdoor, seated tastings!! We haven't done any wine tastings in 4 months!! Fingers crossed this works for everyone so we can continue to offer these 2 flights going forward!! - Mike
