16 years, because it didn't happen? Out in way less that that.
I just witnessed an 11 year old it did happen to and that POS s***m donor didn't get what he had coming either.
Why don't they tell the truth about the sentences? Why make it sound like the sentence fits the crime only to have it cut in half? Tell the truth up front. Let the public know the judicial system is letting them down at every turn. Its all about money. Counties don't want to have to spend money on trials that will absolutely end with longer and harsher sentences because they want to keep that money for 'something else.'
As far as I'm concerned its all f'ed up.
I have lost all trust in these DA's and officials that make these decisions.
I don't know how they sleep at night.
Matter of fact, I don't know how a lot of people sleep at night.
