A little Sunday dinner update from Steel Horse!

Brenton just let me know we have SEVEN servings of his scratch-made Creamy Mushroom Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo! I had it last night, and let me tell you—it’s unbelievably good. Rich, creamy, and worth coming out for!

First come, first served—when those seven are gone, they’re gone!

And of course, we’ve got our awesome Prime Rib Dips ready for you, too. 🍴

SUNDAY AT THE STEEL HORSE SALOON!

It’s been one heck of a busy stretch at the Steel Horse, so we’re giving our hardworking kitchen crew a little extra time to recharge this morning!

The bar opens at NOON, so come on in, grab a cold drink, and enjoy your Sunday afternoon with us.

The grill fires up at 4 PM, and we’ll be serving up our delicious Prime Rib Dips, along with the rest of our menu!

Thanks to everyone who has kept us hopping these past few days. We appreciate the incredible support!

You’ve been asking us to bring it back… so here it is!

Chicken Mushroom Fettuccine Alfredo is back tonight at the Steel Horse Saloon!

Tender chicken, mushrooms, and long ribbons of fettuccine tossed in our scratch-made Alfredo sauce, topped with shaved Parmesan. If you’ve been waiting for this one, tonight’s your night!

We’ve also got our bone-in pork chop and rice bowls, plus cold b**r and good drinks to make a Saturday night of it.

Come hungry—we’ll take care of dinner!

Steel Horse Saloon & Grill – Wascott, WI

Prime Rib – Slow-roasted and carved fresh starting at 5 PM! Served with our stacked au gratin potatoes, creamy horseradish sauce, and scratch-made au jus.

Signature Bourbon-Glazed Bone-In Pork Chop – Thick-cut, flame-finished with our scratch-made bourbon glaze, served with seasoned potatoes and Brussels sprouts.

Tonight’s Fish Special – Teriyaki-Glazed Salmon – Tender salmon finished with a savory teriyaki glaze, served over rice with fresh stir-fried vegetables.

Sometimes the best help comes from someone who knows someone.

We’re looking for an experienced cook to join Chef Brenton and Simon in the Steel Horse kitchen—even one or two nights a week.

We have a real need, and after trying every avenue we can think of, I’m asking our friends and neighbors for help.

Who do you know? A retired chef? A good line cook looking for extra hours?

EXPERIENCED COOK WANTED
Steel Horse Saloon & Grill • Wascott, WI

Know your way around a busy kitchen? We’d like to talk.

We need an experienced cook who can jump on the line, handle tickets, and help Chef Brenton put out great food. Solid cooking and line experience required.

One or two nights a week this winter, especially Saturdays, with more hours available in summer. Retired chef? Looking for a little extra kitchen time? This could be a great fit.
