In just three weeks from today, we'll be opening the gates for the 2026 Crown of Maine Balloon Fest! We are so proud to be able to bring this event to our community each year - but we reach far beyond the Crown of Maine! Our pilots, vendors, and passengers represent 3 countries, 2 provinces, 13 US states, and 60 communities in Maine and that doesn't include our other festival vistors! Where will you be joining us from this year?

Hey, everyone! My name is Rachael and I'm the new manager of the Aroostook Hospitality Inn in Washburn! I'm originally from San Diego, California, but have lived in Maine for two years now (Camden area). I just moved up here two months ago to manage this beautiful property, and I would love to see you! If you're in the area, or planning on coming up, give me a call and I'll see what I can do for you! Have a wonderful Summer!

As we get closer to our busy season, Aroostook Hospitality Inn - Washburn is looking to add 1-2 part-time housekeepers to our staff. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and dependable individual who wants to help provide a clean and welcoming environment to our guests during their stays.
Must be able to work 15 - 30 hours a week, with shifts starting at 9:00 am EST until the work is done, ideally. Training will be provided.
Please call (207) 455-8567, text us directly at (207) 370-4158‬, or send us a message here on Facebook if you're interested.
We look forward to meeting you!

"First Tracks" Promo:

In honor of the first of the year and the approaching season’s fresh trails, we want to introduce a first of our own: Our “First Tracks” promo.
All season long, we’ll be sharing opportunities for everyone to stay and save with us - these will be anything from codes, to engagement posts asking our guests to share memories, or scavenger hunts for the best things to witness in the County. We hope that we’ll be able to encourage everyone to add to the great traditions they’ve been building, and help create new ones.

SNOWMOBILE HOLDS: For those of you with room holds for the season, please be aware that they expire on Saturday, January 17th, along with your early bird rates, and these stay dates will be up for grabs.
Be sure to lock in your stays by replying to your email reminders, which will be sent out starting on January 2nd, 2026, or by giving us a call, so you don’t miss out on all the action.
For everyone else, rooms are filling up fast, so don’t wait — give us a call at 207-455-8567 or visit us at our website https://ahiwashburn.com/ to book your stay. Or feel free to take a chance and grab rooms when you see availability. However you choose to join us this year, we can’t wait to welcome you!
