American Guest House is a 12 well-appointed en suite bedrooms Washington DC Bed and Breakfast located in Kalorama; one of DC's best addresses, located between Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan, steps to the Washington Hilton Hotel, less than 10 minutes walk to DuPont Circle Metro Station, 1 mile northwest of the White House, 2 miles to the Smithsonian Museums and Monuments and very convenient to most

of Washington DC's sights and attractions. Included in the room rate is a delicious homemade breakfast, 24/7 coffee and tea, luggage storage, and Computer/WiFi. Unfortunately, due to our property’s small size, we can not accommodate children or pets. We believe that cleanliness, comfort, friendliness, security, reliable Internet, good rates, and a great breakfast are a must for our guests.
