Wow the stories of delays we could all tell with supply chain delays, companies crashing, people leaving the work for and costs for some things Now 3 times higher than when you first said “yep, I’ll take two”! Finally after loosing a contractor who returned to his country or origins due to Covid, we are back on a schedule of construction again! And of course as time has passed the plan has improved! Have a look at the last bit of excavation for the fabulous bathroom to the suite. Beautiful ceramics will clad all surfaces and the 10 foot ceiling height will make this architecturally stunning.

At the framers today with DC artist selecting frames for a composition he has done for a Drysdale client. Timoteo is working on a large scale painting for the Gate House DuPont.
