Last evening's sunset, the good Lord painted us a beautiful picture, but this morning, strong Northwest winds have kicked in again. The past 7 days of fishing have been challenging at best with all of the strong winds we've experienced, let's hope for a better stretch of weather this Father's Day weekend! The MN DNR Electronic License center is now open. If you are headed out fishing and need a fishing license, please scan this QR code and purchase your license ahead of time. It will save you time and your license will be saved in the app for easy access anytime.

And all of a sudden, it's the 1st of June already and fishing has been nothing but fantastic!!! Everything is catching fish right now, we have rainbow chubs, fatheads, leeches, night crawlers and the last batch of spot tail shiners of the season...... and a huge selection of Crankbaits!!! Stop by and see us on your next trip to Upper Red Lake or Lake of the Woods!! ☺️🎣🇺🇸

Information on future fishing/hunting license purchases.

The Minnesota DNR is set to launch a new electronic licensing system for fishing and hunting licenses in June. During the transition, fishing license sales will be temporarily paused, but anglers will be allowed to fish without a license, FULL STORY: bit.ly/4dO8hSL
