Eric feels deprived sometimes on Sundays….he misses breakfast from the inn. So today I decided maybe I should make Sundays more special. Cheesy egg sandwich was the most requested breakfast at the inn. I do miss making breakfast for our amazing guests.

Haven't been baking alot and I miss it! These are a summer favorite (Eric agrees) margarita cookies - yes there is 1T of tequila in them. Perhaps that's why I love them. They also have cornmeal in them which adds a nice texture. Do you have a favorite summer cookie?
