We just closed our 14th real estate transaction together since we met 7 years ago. 🏡🔑
The Lake Tetonka “Airbnb” has officially SOLD to the proud new owners, who will continue to use it as a short-term rental and create many more memories there.
For us, this sale means something a little bigger. It officially closes the chapter on Anchor Down Homes, as the new owners also purchased the LLC.
The past 7 years have been busy, challenging, exhausting, and incredibly rewarding. Chris has been a landlord in different forms for 20+ years, but these 7 years have been my journey of many firsts alongside him — learning as we went, figuring things out along the way, and jumping into everything from short-term rentals and long-term rentals to remodeling projects and hosting countless guests and families in our properties.
It hasn't always been easy. There have been plenty of days that turned into nights, and seasons where it felt like there wasn't a single day without some kind of project, pile of laundry, or house that needed to be turned. I've been tired. Really tired.
But I'm also incredibly grateful.
Grateful for what we've built.
Grateful for every lesson.
Grateful for the people we've met along the way.
And especially grateful for Chris — for his leadership, his steady faith, and for always encouraging me to keep pushing forward.
And now, we're signing off from Anchor Down Homes-
Pulling up the anchor, taking a breath, and trusting God with the next chapter.
