The five acre Ashford Estate, overlooking Watkinsville's venerable Main Street, had been in the same family for over 100 years. Completely surrounded and secluded by a border of magnolias, red buds and pines, the 1893 Victorian manor house, cottage, gazebo and four acres of landscaped gardens all terrace down to a pool and open woods and creek beyond. We are walking distance to antique shops and art galleries of local fine and folk art talent.

To say that Dave and Mario have been working hard to get the garden room back open is an huge understatement and doesn't do them justice. There isn't a word for how dedicated and determined they were to have this room open for Valentines day, and they DID IT!!!! With that being said, we are happy to announce that the Garden room, on the ground floor of the main house is now open again!!

If you're looking for a beautiful garden wedding this spring and need a venue, you're in luck! Ashford Manor has had a cancellation for the weekend of June 4th! You're twice as lucky as this will be the last June wedding season for Ashford Manor!
2016 is our last wedding season and we do have availability left. As with all Ashford Manor events, we will go out with the same beautiful splash we made 19 years ago! The gardens have never looked fuller and will remain as such throughout this year and beyond.
We will continue our popular B & B business on all 5 glorious acres and in all 3 spectacular homes. The impeccable service standards and over-the-top experiences will remain for years to come.
So whether its nuptials in June through October or an unforgettable overnight, we look forward to seeing you soon!
