2026 Pricing & Payments:
• 3-6 nights: $80 per person per night
• 7 nights or more: $70 per person per night
• Payment is accepted by cash or check, or contact me directly to inquire about other payment options
Deposits and Cancellations:
• The 50% payment is due by the end of February of the reservation year, and the final payment is due one week before check-in.
• A signed waiver will be required
• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the reservation will be refunded
• Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to reservation are nonrefundable (unless otherwise agreed upon)
Arrival and Departure:
• Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays are designated for arrivals and departures. Please contact me directly to discuss flexible options.
• Check-in is at 2 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. Canine Companions:
Before bringing your furry friend with you, please note that pre-approval is required. We kindly request that your doggy friends do not climb onto the beds or furniture. Finally, please clean up after your dog and dispose of any waste in the designated manure pit. Amenities:

Cabin Rules:
• No parties of any sort
• Dogs must be leashed on the trails and well-behaved if left in the cabin
• Cabin must be cleaned before departure (leave it as you found it)
• Horse manure must be removed from paddock and hitching areas, deposited in the manure pile behind paddocks
• Discarded hay must be placed in designated area
• Dog manure must be removed from the property and deposited in the manure pile
• Possum Lodge at Otter Creek owners are not responsible for any events that occur off the property
