We figured it was time to finally share a little peek… 👀
If you’ve driven by on Highway 70 and caught yourself wondering what in the world is going up out here - this is it. Our reception hall is officially in the works!
She’s still a little rough around the edges right now (okay… a lot 😅), but we can already see the vision coming to life, and we couldn’t keep it to ourselves any longer.
There’s still so much happening:
• A separate building for bride & groom suites
• The finishing touches on the reception hall
• Ceremony space getting cleared and prepped
• An intimate elopement and micro wedding site
• Lots… and lots… of dirt, dust, and decisions
And since this is the first time we’re really sharing it - this property is being built to host weddings, but not just weddings. The goal is to create a space that can be used for all kinds of gatherings… family events, community events, celebrations of all kinds.
We want it to feel like a place that fits out here - laid back but intentional. Somewhere you can celebrate without it feeling overdone or impersonal. A space people actually enjoy being in, not just passing through.
And we absolutely could not do any of this without some incredible people behind the scenes.
A huge THANK YOU to:
CM construction - for taking this vision and turning it into a structure we can already be proud of
Scurlock's Homes - for the interior craftsmanship and building a deck that’s going to hold so many special moments
Hunter Langford - for the heavy lifting behind the scenes with excavation and site work that made everything else possible
CB Services - for transforming the land into a beautiful pasture and handling the septic work
Middle Tennessee Electrical Services - for the clean, precise electrical work that keeps everything running
Timothy Haynes Well drilling & James Haynes Pump Sales and Service - for getting us set up with a solid, dependable well
Goose Patterson - for installing the gutters and helping protect this build for the long haul
And to Summertown Metals, Pac Lumber & Hardware, Dacus Hardware of Waverly, and Farm Store for supplying top-quality materials that are helping us build this the right way from the ground up.
This project is a true team effort, and we’re so grateful for every single one of you.
This right here is just the beginning of something really special, and we are so excited to bring you all along as it comes together.
We can’t wait for the day this space is filled with laughter, music, and memories 🤍
If you’ve been watching this come together and are already thinking about using the space - we’re starting a small list for early tours and first bookings.
We’ll be offering a limited number of discounted dates to those who get in early while everything is still coming together.
Message us if you want to be on that list.
