The Spring Clean is complete and our first renters for 2026 arrive today! The floors have been mopped and shined. The rugs have been scrubbed. Walls retouched covering the little marks that occur. The elevator has been checked. Beds checked, and mattress covers on all beds.

We realize that during the rental. People come and go, we hope that you treat it like we do and have fun with family, friends & pets. Also realize the accidents may happen on the rugs and floor during your stay--we just asked that to clean it like you would at home. Thank you.

While it doesn't look like much, our head of personal maintenance (our Dad!) is busy painting and fixing the markings on the walls. This is an enormous endless task- with renters carrying luggage, beach supplies, etc week in and week out, the walls do get marks! Obviously, if you happen to scuff the wall, we appreciate if you wipe the wall with soap & water. This just helps with regular cleaning- so thank you!
