This lovely home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bonus room with bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. s BBQ. The home is located in the little community of Wawona, 6 miles INSIDE the south entrance of Yosemite National Park. It makes a wonderful home base while you explore and play in Yosemite. Depending on the season, there is always something special to enjoy! During the summer, you have the opportunity to relax in the Merced River and play in cascading waterfalls. Enjoy a hike to nearby Chilnualna Falls, the Swinging Bridge or the Meadow Loop Trail. Visit the nearby Wawona Hotel to enjoy fine dining & golf, go horseback riding at the Wawona Stables, enjoy Ranger walks or visit the outdoor Living History center. See the nearby famous Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias. In the fall, the colors are gorgeous! In the winter, the family-friendly Badger Pass Ski Area offers snowshoeing, snowboarding, skiing and cross-country ski tours, while Yosemite Valley offers an outdoor ice skating rink. In the spring, the rivers and waterfalls throughout the Park, including nearby Chilnualna Falls, are nothing short of amazing.
