FUNDING

Since the beginning of 2022 we have raised the following funds:

$195,000: Direct to The Waxhaw
$274,950: Direct to The Railroader
$341,118: HotelierCo Retail LLC (as at today)
$811,068: TOTAL

From funds raised, we have invested over $715,000 directly into either The Waxhaw and The Railroader (OVER 85% of the funds raised).

NEXT 12 MONTHS

We intend to achieve the following over the next 12 months:

*Finish the development and launch of The Railroader.

*Prepare The Waxhaw development for construction and purchase the land using cash (currently in a long-term ground lease with a purchase option).

*Partner with select investors to acquire two operational assets.

*Commence an educational email series for our members to enhance their understanding of the hospitality industry and their investments.

*Continue conducting crowdfunding campaigns on Wefunder, but we anticipate an increase in our valuation as we progress!

As we look to curate a portfolio of unique lifestyle hotels, our growth and collection of assets increases based on the support and people who become part of our community.

Are you ready for some seriously exciting news? Our third round of regulation crowdfunding is now LIVE, and we couldn't be more thrilled to get you involved. If you're not already familiar with HotelierCo, let us give you the lowdown.

We're not just any old hospitality company - we're all about bringing you top-notch boutique hotel investment opportunities: own, stay and play while you build your very own hotel investment portfolio. We are excited to continue to build a pipeline of opportunities as we build on the $267,000 raised in the first two rounds.

So, what have we been up to since our last raise? Let's just say, A LOT. In less than nine months, we've made some seriously impressive progress:

· The Railroader Hotel: We purchased the building to be converted into a 9-room boutique hotel, bought a car park across the road, and initiated demolition works. We've developed the plans, and we have appointed an architect, structural engineer, and mechanical engineer to finalize the permit documents. Best of all, John Howard, who found and brought the project to us, will remain integral to the project and community - and is now part of helping HotelierCo grow!

· The Waxhaw Hotel: We acquired the entity that has a long-term land lease on the development land with the option to purchase. The first lot of schematic designs were complete, as well as the interior design and branding. Scott Levine, who found and brought the project to us, will remain integral to the project and community - and is now part of helping HotelierCo grow.

· We have two more exciting projects in initial discussions, with parties also interested in staying involved.

It's so rewarding to see the excitement of those in the community of each project we're working on. It confirms our strategy is on point, and we're excited to get more people involved.
