At present we have a Bed and Breakfast Country home. This is a place where leaders can come and be refreshed. It is a place where the Father's love is applied to a wounded soul.

Fall is a wonderful time to help children grow in faith, have fun, and share God’s love with others. 🍂

Here are three simple ideas for families and children’s ministry groups:

🎶 Sing a joyful praise song together and remind kids that God is greater than anything else they enjoy.

🍦 Make homemade “I-Scream” ice cream together—it is a fun way to create memories and share a treat.

🪴 Plant a “New Life Pot” with a flower bulb, then give it to a neighbor as a small reminder that God loves them and offers new life.

Little moments like these can plant big seeds of faith in a child’s heart. What is one fall activity your family enjoys together?

This weekend, find a church. ❤️

It may not be perfect.

The music might not be your favorite. The sermon may not always speak directly to you. The congregation will have flaws, as we all do.

But don’t let an imperfect church keep you from experiencing the blessing of being part of God’s family.

We were never meant to walk this Christian life alone. We need fellowship. We need encouragement. We need people who will pray with us, worship with us, challenge us, and walk with us through the good days and the difficult ones.

So, this weekend, get up. Get dressed. Find a local church and walk through those doors.

Don’t look for a perfect church. Look for a church that is faithfully seeking Jesus.

It usually comes down to more than the music, programs, or location.

Have you gotten out of the habit of reading your Bible? Maybe it’s been a few months—or even longer. Life gets busy, routines change, and sometimes our Bible simply gets pushed aside.

But you can always start again. You don't have to read five chapters today. Pick up your Bible, read a few verses, and spend some quiet time with God.

✨ Has God Been Pulling at Your Heart Lately?

Sometimes it starts as a quiet nudge. Other times it’s something you can’t shake no matter how busy life gets. You find yourself thinking about a person, a place, or a purpose — and deep down, you wonder if God is behind it.

Here’s something worth sitting with: calling isn’t reserved for pastors and missionaries. Scripture makes it clear that every believer is called. The question isn’t whether God has a purpose for your life. The question is whether you’re paying attention.

Biblically, some real markers help you recognize His call:

🔍 He first makes Himself known to you. Calling always starts with relationship, not a task list. Before God sends you somewhere, He draws you to Himself.

🙏 He gives you a role, not just a rescue. Salvation isn’t the end of the story — it’s the beginning of an assignment.

🦺 He calls you to serve first. Before the title comes the towel. The calling that lasts always has servanthood at its foundation.

And here’s the thing nobody tells you — calling isn’t a box you check once and move on. It’s a conversation you keep having with God through every season of life. New responsibilities, new pressures, new questions. And He is faithful to answer every single time you bring them to Him.
