Since joining the Iris Inn team in 2018, Letty has been a steady, welcoming presence through changes in ownership and leadership—even stepping up as resident manager during a transition between general managers. Her exceptional guest service, leadership and bilingual support for Spanish-speaking guests and team members make everyone feel right at home.
