Ruby's Landing River Resort Ruby's Landing is a full service, year round campground. We offer RV spots, Cabins, Primitive Camping, Canoeing, Kayaking, Rafts and Tubes.

We have a Chapel to have weddings in, a open air pavilion with fireplace and community building.

Unfortunately we will not be floating Labor Day weekend. We know this is disappointing but we do still have a 1/2 a mile of river access you can wade in. Bring your lawn chairs and spend the day!! If you already have reservations we will be calling to reschedule. 😢

Another update!! As of 8pm August 28th 2026 we will be floating from us to the hwy 17 bridge. This will be a little different routine for us so please be patient. We are only doing an 11am float. Please be at our store to sign waivers and get armbands no later than 10:30 am! There is about 3-4 areas you may have to portage through but the river is a little deeper that way.

Due to very low, almost record setting, river conditions, we will not be floating until we get some rain. I know this is a disappointing. It is to us too as this is how we make money. However Mother Nature sometimes doesn’t play very well nicely. If you already have a float scheduled we will be contacting you soon to reschedule. Get those dancing shoes on and do those rain dances!!

Unfortunately we are still not able to float rafts this weekend (8/29-8/30). If you have a raft reserved we will need to switch you to kayaks or canoes. 😵‍💫 Whoever is in charge of the rain dance committee needs to step up their game 🤣.

We are less than a month away from opening night!! Cabins are already filling up! Here is the availability as of 8/22/2026. Please remember we DO NOT run out of tickets or primitive camping.
September 19th - cabins are full. There are 19 RV spots and 4 primitive with electric spots.
September 26th - Cabin 9 and the Tiny Home are left, 18 RV spots and 4 primitive with electric spots
October 3rd - Cabins 1,5,7,8,9,10,12 & Tiny Home left, 19 RV spots and 4 primitive with electric
October 10th - Cabins 1,2,5,7,8,9,11 & Tiny Home, 20 RV spots and 3 primitive with electric
October 16th - Cabins 1,2,5,6,8,9,10,11 & Tiny Home, 15 RV spots and 4 primitive with electric
October 17th - Cabins 8,9,10 & Tiny Home, 15 RV spots and 4 primitive with electric
October 23rd - Cabins 1,2,3,6,8,9,10,11,12 & Tiny Home, 20 RV spots and 4 primitive with electric
October 24th - Cabins 1,6,8,9,11,12 & Tiny Home, 20 RV spots and 4 primitive with electric
October 30th - Cabins 1,2,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 &tiny Home, 20 RV spots and 4 primitive with electric

There was such a glimmer of hope for a lil rise in the river. Unfortunately the Gasconade River is low low!! 😭 If you have a raft I would consider switching to kayaks or canoes. If you already have a raft booked for August 8 or 9 you can float in it but please please please understand the river is super low and you will be carrying over several areas. We will not be offering rafts to anyone that is not already booked. If you want to change your already booked raft give us a call and we will get you changed. You will still be carrying in kayaks and canoes but not as much.
