I like to think we are in competition with apartments more than other RV parks because of the way we are set up. Most people don’t realize how far RVs have come in the last 10 years. Here you can enjoy the outdoors, peace of mind when the Texas weather gets bad, and at a price less than most apartments. It was about this time last year we decided to install the inground storm Shelter. Our covers are extremely robust and have survived 100 plus mph winds with no damage to any rv’s but we wanted just a little more peace of mind. So if you’re looking for an RV park that’s built for full time rv living with Texas weather come check us out. We are a small eight spot park built for quality not quantity. Who ever posted in the comments the cheap stabilizer hack thank you! I spent $30 on 2 2x4s, 4 eye bolts and washers, and 2 ratchet straps. I cut each 2x4 in half then cut one end at a 45. Then drilled hole for eye bolt. Our 40 ft 5th wheel is now rock solid and takes seconds to install. I'm going to paint them with truck bed liner once it gets less wet here in CA.
