Juland Guest Houses

Spring has sprung and the days are warmer. We are in the inbetween weather of winter and summer and it is nice. We are cleaning out the flower beds, planting and are happy with the renovations and updates to our guest houses this past year.
TuscInn got several upgrades, like new appliances, linens, window and bed coverings and decor. It has an added outdoor space with the fire pit and seating moved to the gated yard just in front of the entry patio to TuscInn.
Garden gate cottage has an upgraded yard and a new gate by the cottage. Inside it is more spacious by using smaller furnishings. We took out the half fridge and put in a full size one. We have also added a window air conditioner for warm summer days.
Dove’nDogwood has an added washer/dryer combo machine. We remodeled the bathroom adding custom tile and a soaker tub with surround shower.

Juland is Andy and Julie Land. It's our little Tuscan Villa in the mountains.
We have 4 guest houses at Juland, besides our own home, Casa ‘dJuland.
TuscInn (sleeps 5) is our 2-Bedroom Flat
Garden Gate Cottage (sleeps 2) is our Studio Apartment
Alpenglo is a private room (sleeps 2) including a bathroom in the front part of our home.
Dove’nDogwood (sleeps 3) is our newest Studio Apartment with a private bathroom and courtyard.
Juliart School, a place to create, is also on the property.
These guest houses are listed on Airbnb.

We have lots of snow on the mountain. When the sun is in the Southeast, the shadow of the heart of the mountain is clearly seen on a sunny day.

A recent guest brought her grown sons to visit before they went back to college and joined the Navy. This is was what she wrote in her review.
"Julie's place was very hospitable. When you stand in front of the bright orange door, you already feel you are welcome. Cute inside and out, detail oriented, organized and clean. You can tell Julie must spend so much time for preparation on each guest. It's just a wonderful place.

I'm sitting on the Cottage porch, petting the neighbors' cat and noticing the grapes are growing. It's so pleasant here. Now Dad has come and I hear the scratch scratch of his hoe behind me. It's good to be home !
