I already have part of the funding in place and am looking for a co-lender to bring $175,000 for a real estate loan closing April 16.

• I will be managing the loan and lender relationship
I’ve been in real estate for 18+ years, including managing renovations and now actively lending on deals like this, so I stay closely involved on the lender side to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
This is a great fit for someone who wants a solid, short-term return backed by real estate, without being involved in the day-to-day of the project.
