Want to rent my 4-bedroom, 2-bath Wellfleet house for 4 weeks in July? It's a mile or so walk down a quiet country road to Burton Baker bay beach, which is a well-kept secret. The total cost will be $9,300, which includes a 10% discount from the published rate. With the 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large dining room table, and a huge deck, there's space for as many as 10 people to live there. That could mean that each person would pay $930 for the month, or approx. $230 a week. Please message me for details.

Hi! I have two weeks available to rent this summer, 2024: July 28-August 4, and August 11-18.

This secluded house has 4 bedrooms, with beds for 8, two full bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. It's very private and quiet. You'll save about $800 per week by renting directly from me, rather than from Airbnb or other sites. I accept VENMO, or a check.

Newsflash: Due to a cancellation, the house is now available for rent from July 7 to 21, for $1800 a week, an approx. $800 reduction from the Airbnb price.
