Historical Beach House in Wells Since childhood, our family goes in Wells Beach for vacation. We rented for decades and finally bought my dream house on Crescent beach.

It's one of the last preserved wooden beach houses of 1898, with restorations, cachet and some comfort.

I am an 1898 Historical Beach House in Wells and I am looking for new patrons August 1st-15th. Either the whole 2 weeks (with a rebate) either weekly.
I am the perfect family vacations spot directly on the beach. I used to be for generations with my 7 bdr (sleeps 16), my games, pingpong table, sand toys& toys, fire pit and BBQ. Kids are welcomed (booster, bed rail, stairs rails) but not your dog or cat pet family members (sorry).
4 of my 8 patrons are still coming years after years the last decade.
