Vermont Rooms tax is included.

Deposits of 50% accepted thru February; Full payment received by March 1st. After March 1st; full payment required.

Please note that due to the summer season only nature of the business, all rent is NON-REFUNDABLE unless owner is able to re-book your cancellation. If so, reimbursement is made based on how many nights are re-booked.
