TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Rental Period
All rentals are for a 24-hour period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Weekend rentals are considered Friday–Sunday unless modified.
2. Deposits
A refundable deposit is required for most items and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the returned item(s).
3. Use & Responsibility
Renter agrees to use the rented items properly and safely. Renter assumes full responsibility for the item(s) from the time of pickup to the time of return, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage, misuse, or injury resulting from use.
4. Condition of Return
Items must be returned in clean, dry, and undamaged condition. Items returned dirty, wet, broken, or missing parts may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or a replacement fee.
5. Late Returns
Late returns will be charged at 1.5x the daily rental rate per day, or any part of a day, late.
6. Cleaning / Damage Fees
If items require excessive cleaning or repair, renter agrees to be charged accordingly. Replacement costs apply if item is damaged beyond repair.
7. Liability
Gather & Go assumes no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the renter’s use of any equipment. Renter agrees to release Gather & Go from all liability related to the use of the rented items.
