We would like to say thank you for all of those who have stayed with us, family and friends who have come to visit us at the farm house and every guest who has enjoyed an event in our yard. Our last days are approaching when we will be moving out of the farmhouse and so we just wanted to say thank you for your support and friendship. We hope that all the memories you have at the farm house will stay with you.

It's our first spring yard work day (for some reason I don't feel compelled to add an exclamation mark - hahaha). BUT we do always love that first day of taking a look at the 4" tulips peeping up and trimming shrubs and trees to say "it's time to start growing!" We may have more snow, but spring is around the corner. Wenatchee is sunny and the birds are chirping in every tree. Time to make your plans to visit?

It’s COLD, around 21 degrees here! I was sitting by the kitchen window when a hummingbird approached our frozen feeder. I was shocked to see one but felt just terrible. I stopped my work, boiled up some nectar and prayed he would come back… And he did! I have a feeling this will be a daily routine and mission to keep this little guy alive through the winter!
