We are a stay-and-play restaurant and resort on Lake Madison that has been providing great food and memorable experiences since our foundation in 2003. Our resort features 15 motel rooms, a 9-hole golf course, and a full-service bar and grill with indoor and outdoor dining. Nestled between three area lakes, our resort offers beautiful views and good times for everyone. YOUR LIFE AS A ROOM ATTENDANT / HOTEL CLEANER
This entry-level cleaning position is full- or part-time and would be a great addition to a busy daytime schedule as it requires nights, weekends, and holidays.
As a full- or part-time Room Attendant / Hotel Cleaner, you arrive each day ready to get to work and do your part in ensuring that our guests are always greeted by a clean, stocked, and orderly home away from home. Since the condition of their room is one of the top things that guests address in hotel reviews, you play a critical role in our success! You clean and maintain the hotel rooms, public areas, and exterior. Five-star customer service is always your first priority, and you do all you can to resolve guest complaints.
You enjoy "getting in the zone" and working efficiently but are also friendly and customer service-oriented. Whether it's assisting a customer, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, pulling the trash, disinfecting surfaces, or replenishing supplies, you get great satisfaction out of checking tasks off while physically seeing what you've accomplished. You always keep cleaning equipment organized and in good working order, requesting supplies before you run out of stock. You never cut corners but clean as if you were going to stay there yourself. Always respectful and professional, you bring positive energy into every space that you clean.
