Raise a glass to the flavors of the Green Mountains.

There is nothing quite like unwinding by the historic copper bar at the Sawmill Bar & Table, nestled inside Farm Road Estate in West Dover, Vermont. Our mixologists are shaking up artisan, speakeasy-inspired craft cocktails designed to capture the absolute best of the season.

Whether you are settling in after a day exploring Mount Snow or joining us for an intimate farm-to-table dinner, our rotating seasonal drink menu pairs classic mixology with a distinct Vermont twist. Think crisp, locally sourced ingredients, warming spirits, and complex flavors that taste like autumn in New England.

Drop anchor, get cozy by the fire, and let us pour you something unforgettable.

Reservations recommended. Call (802) 464-8131 to secure your table. Open Wednesday through Sunday starting at 5:00 PM. Call for availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
