The Windy Benz Farm Our little attempt at homesteading and self sufficiency on 2.5 acres in the beautiful Ozark mountains. Welcome to the home of Adam and Amber Benzabeh!

We purchased this small farm in March of 2016, we are new home-owners and are constantly updating and creating new projects around the home-site. We are raising a small flock of free range chickens and have a garden plot, a restored prairie pasture with a walking trail, a park like front yard and a small pond. In addition, we are only a 10 miles from Devils Den and the Ozark National Forest and only 12 miles from downtown Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Pretty calm and adjusted for being on a 3 hour drive with an entire flock of chickens in the car.... i think their names will reflect the musical choices we listened to on the way home. Rooster is Sir Elton. Hennies are Gypsy, Bling, Taytay, Annieareyouokay, Stephanie, Blondie, although names and titles are subject to future changes based on personality traits though....

Orpington hatching eggs and possibly chicks via incubator will be available for sale in the future. If you want to get on a list DM me Amber Woodward-Benzabeh . These are purebred, high quality buff Orpingtons. They gotta pay rent somehow!

They will get the yard to free range during the day once they get settled and snuggled into their new home.

By this time tomorrow we will have a purebred flock of buff Orpingtons. Making a 6 hour round trip with 7 birds might sound crazy to some...but I've been on a patient and thoughtful mission to get the perfect flock for months, and this opportunity can not be passed up.

Considering offering our pasture for horse boarding. Room available for preferably 1 but possibly 2 horses.

Pasture is fully fenced with hot wire if needed, a pond and clean stock tank water, a sturdy run in shed with a holding pen. There are no other horses on this property currently and you MUST buy hay yourself.

We only have room for a couple round bales or limited outdoor covered storage areas for square bales.

I can provide services such as feeding grain and hay daily, grooming and general care for gentle horses. The land is about 2 acres fenced and grass is cut/maintained and manure is spread for fertilization.

Considering $100/horse, negotiable.
