Unit # 5 carriage house loft. I have been working on this space for over nine years. When I moved to the second floor of the carriage house, it was basically an attic with plywood flooring studs and no insulation. This was the first stages of transitioning the house into a boutique hotel. It is mostly done, but I still have much to do in the bathroom area with flooring and molding.

Welcome to John Thomas bed and Bath. This beautifully renovated historic Victorian was transitioned into a boutique hotel a decade ago. Currently offering three listings prices ranging from 125 to 165 per night. Booking direct prevents any added cost with Host paying all taxes. Each space consists of stocked mini fridge with sodas and water, snacks, chocolates all complementary. We are not a bed-and-breakfast and there is no cooking on the property. Each unit has a microwave for your use, utensils, dishes, etc. All toiletries are provided. Each unit is uniquely decorated with exquisite taste. Your host is a designer with many years experience in the industry. First time guests meet with the host with scheduled check in between 2 PM and 10 PM. Repeat guests are given detailed instructions.
