Lot 207 is a beautiful and sunny lot. It is a perimeter lot so no neighbor behind and landscaping provides privacy between the lots. It is a corner lot so easy back in and easy out. Very close to one of the 2 pools and laundry facility. The outside living space is private and fantastic during the day and at night and great for entertaining.
