Welcome to Grandview Gardens, a charming 9-bedroom mediterranean-style Inn in Grandview Heights, West Palm Beach. This truly unique property was originally built in 1925 and it has been tastefully updated in keeping with its Spanish influenced architecture. Our property is located on a quiet street next to Howard Park, and is within a 15 minute walk to numerous shops and restaurants.

It was excellent! My only small concern was that I could hear the neighbors above us when they took a step.
Rebecca was SUPER helpful, the pool is lovely, and the common spaces in the house are amazing.

Great review from S Lev... "We booked 2 different types of rooms for our group during our stay. The 2 queen bed room near the pool was charming, spacious and lovely with patios in front and back. The other room was the king 1 BR suite with living room. It was huge with a kitchen, dining area and large LR. The BR was also huge. It was a very comfortable room with a lovely patio in the front.
The service was great, everyone was attentive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again!"

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quaint location, the stunning pool, and the gorgeous Spanish-style villa vibes. It truly felt like a hidden oasis.

Our room was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The common areas, including the kitchen, seating area, and tables, were thoughtfully designed and available to us throughout our stay, making it feel even more like home.

The location is fantastic—restaurants, shopping, and local attractions are all within walking distance. Despite being on a work trip, this hotel made it feel like a relaxing tropical getaway. It was quiet, peaceful, and we felt completely safe exploring the area.

If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, charm, and convenience, Grandview Gardens is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be back!"

"It is an older, grand Florida residence that has been wonderfully restored and is a very nice, safe neighborhood; yet it is located close to the City Center area where there is plenty of shopping and great food. This was so much nicer than a cookie cutter hotel room. The manager was very accommodating on our special requests. We couldn't be more pleased!"

Great review from judith... "Rebecca is wonderful. She is great at what she does and made me feel very at home. I spent Christmas at Grandview Gardens and could not have found a more perfect B&B. The location for gettiing around West Palm and Palm Beach was so easy.
Grandview Gardens is in a quaint small neighborhood and I felt safe.

Most recently, we spent 2 nights for our 25th wedding anniversary. Rebecca D made it extra special for us! She talked to us about the history of the house, she had it decorate so beautifully for Christmas, and was available for any questions we had. Rebecca is a new addition from 2024 to this amazing place. And I can't recommend enough, particularly with how she goes the extra mile."

Great review from Reinhard... "Nice, calm, beautiful and charming little spot, only a few streets away from the water and right next to a baseball field and park. Great location to go for runs in the neighborhood. It feels less like a hotel, but rather like a co-op or similar: you share a kitchen with the other guests and can use the coffee machine and fridge to your liking. There's no 'real breakfast,' but there are snacks, water, coffee, tea, cinnamon rolls, nutri bars, milk, etc. I stayed here for a Tony Robbins event (i.e., with short nights), and therefore mostly enjoyed the walking distance as well as how calm it was. Also super nice and friendly host lady!"
