Our remodel hit some big kinks in the road, in 2023, including a chunk of one of the buildings almost collapsing, when we went to remodel the pool. Thank you, to the WONDERFUL engineers who jumped into that, and shored up the foundation, that will last for another 100 years!

While we finish up some major work on the outside, we’re putting the finishing touches on our remodeled rooms. They’re still getting finishing touches on them, but here is a sneak peek!

We researched the history of The Epic, from the day that it was sold to its first owner, to today. Our rooms, in The Main, are named after some of our more significant residents, and reflect something about them, or the time period in which they occupied the residence that is on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Glasser Suite, (1920s styled room with private bath, and balcony) is named after our “first family,” in the haberdashery (clothing) business, lived there for 36 years.

The Mariotti Room is named for Raymond Mariotti, the Managing Editor of the Palm Beach Post, in the early to mid 1970’s

Our hallway isn’t in its final paint color yet, but we just put in these magnificent hand-blown reproduction lamps from Olde Brick Lighting, that are truly spectacular!

As we ready The Epic WPB - A West Palm Beach Experiential Airbnb for the home’s centennial celebration, and our grand re-opening, a lot of the sub-floor, under our historic flooring, was falling apart! The original flooring was carefully removed, and will be put back in.
