Don’t Stop Believing! IHM’s Leadership Conference 2026 was a week of reconnecting, learning, and celebrating together. From the welcome reception and brand breakouts to the awards dinner where we honored top leaders, it was a meaningful reminder of what we can do when we come together. We mixed in team fun with a Survivor challenge, gave back by packing snacks for Eight Waves, and closed out strong with “Camp Island.” A heartfelt thank you to all of our sponsors who helped make this conference possible. To wrap up our 2,3,4 MORE regional meetings, we began in Portsmouth at the Hilton Garden Inn, where we reinforced our guiding principles and core values as a company. The journey continued at the Courtyard Long Island, highlighted by NY style pizza and bagels that added a local touch while strengthening the spirit of teamwork in a way that was authentic.

Throughout these meetings, we reaffirmed our mission: to deliver exceptional management that drive outstanding guest service. This initiative has been about building teams, aligning priorities, and showing that progress happens when we work and execute our ideas together. Last week's recent regional meetings brought a real sense of momentum across the board. We started out in San Diego, where the Residence Inn San Diego Downtown/Gaslamp Quarter gave us the perfect setting for meaningful conversations, capped off with an elevated reception at The Nolen Rooftop that set the tone for connection and fresh ideas. From there, Dallas delivered in true Texas style with big energy and big ideas, and the Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District kept the discussions sharp and focused on results. These gatherings are helping us move key initiatives for 2026 forward and strengthen relationships from coast to coast.
